On Sunday, May 12 after the service the Unitarian Universalist Women’s Association (UUWA) will hold a Mother’s Day Plant Sale. We are requesting donations of house, garden, and native plants as well as gardening supplies that need a new home. If you are able to donate, please divide, or pot and label the plants. Drop off on the church’s back patio anytime after 10am, Saturday, May 11 but before the start of the Sunday Service on May 12. For more information contact Mary Ellen Dawson 360-704-9226.
This year we will also offer a “Ask a Gardening Guru” table sponsored by our UUWA members who are experts. So, bring your plant questions, your leftover plants, and extra supplies. We hope you take home answers, plants, and smiles. The funds from this sale will support UUWA’s many service projects. We hope attending our Mother’s Day Sale will promote one of the UUWA purposes to serve the social and spiritual needs of all people —through gardening!
