The Open Forum meeting will be held on April 14 following Sunday Service at Noon and April 17 at 7 pm on Zoom in the Sanctuary. Kindly provide all questions ahead of time to help guide the process to president@uuakron.org
To ensure a safe space for all voices, the format will be shared with the congregation by the Facilitators upon receipt to the Board.
Facilitated Discussion: The meeting will be facilitated by the Facilitators (Bill Lyons. Jess Hunt, and Connie Goodbread) who have a wide array of experiences in conflict engagement. This will allow for a structured conversation where everyone can share their perspectives in a respectful manner.
Confidentiality: The Facilitator will ensure confidentiality is maintained throughout the discussion.
Next Steps: The Facilitator will disseminate what those next steps will be in partnership with the Board.
