A special meeting of the congregation has been called for Wednesday, April 24th at 6:30 pm. Meeting will be held in the Sanctuary. This meeting replaces the previously scheduled Article II discussion.

The UUCA Bylaws allows a group of voting members to bring a petition to the Board of Trustees in order to bring an item to the congregation.

If action is to be taken on the item, it will require a vote of the congregation.  Therefore, a quorum will be required and voting members will be given voting cards.

To be an elegible voting member:

4.4. of our Bylaws states: To be a Voting Member of the UUCA’s Congregation, a person who is eligible under Rule 4.2 must:
1.  Sign the membership book, and
2.  Either a) make a pledge in the current year, or
b) make a pledge for the following year, or
c) make a recorded financial contribution to the UUCA in the current year.
