Director of Religious Education and Spiritual Exploration

Position Overview:

Develop, implement, direct and lead the Religious Education programs of the congregation to nurture the spiritual exploration and religious growth of adults, youth, and children. Recruits, trains, and supports volunteers that play a vital role in leading and implementing religious education programs. The DRE will work closely with the RE committee and the congregation to build sustainable programs that 1) foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for families, visitors, and youth, and 2) grow and evolve to serve the needs of the community. Maintain a visible, identifiable and accessible RE presence for the congregation, visitors and community. Seek and participate in ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Hours:            30 hours per week, hybrid work as appropriate

Salary:           $32,120 plus benefits

Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview

Working in collaboration with the Administrator, the UUCA Social Media Coordinator will handle social media and web-based communication, edit and release church media content through various relevant social media outlets and ensure content is consistent with the church’s mission and outreach goals as well as provide guidance and supervision to volunteers designated to post directly to social media outlets on UUCA’s behalf.

Compensation

Position pays $15 hr with a maximum of 15 hours a month. Monthly time sheets are submitted.
