Three years ago, the UU Church of Akron dedicated two Black Lives Matter banners. As we mark that important moment and celebrate the life and ministry of Dr. King, today’s service will focus on the work we still need to do in recognizing and affirming that, as one of our banners says so well, “All Lives Won’t Matter Until Black Lives Matter.” Today’s service will include the musical talents of the UU Band.
