The Committee on Ministry church policy directs us to “lead a process of evaluating the ministry, using Fullfilling the Call once every two years. The evaluation will be shared with the Minister and the Board only.”
We want to hear from you. Sundays after service, March 8, 15, and 22, we will be at tables in the Hannah Fellowship Hall. Thursday, March 5, 7 pm, there will be a Zoom link for hybrid connection. Other interactions will be possible such as connections with committee chairs. Descriptions of duties will help guide this work.
In April, COM will gather the evaluation results, and in May, we will deliver it to the Board.
Along with Rev. Dr. Josh Snyder, the committee consists of Carol Dobbins, John Edgerton, Steve Lederer and Heather Meeker.
